Customer Reviews
Harimau publishes reviews only through its verified-purchase system. To submit a review, open the secure customer-care page, enter the Harimau order number and the email used at checkout, and select an item from the matched order. The checkout email is verified privately and is never displayed with the review.
Authentic product feedback
Reviews are moderated for spam, abuse, personal information, unrelated content, and policy violations—not for whether the opinion is positive or negative. Approved reviews appear on the relevant product page with a “Verified purchase” label.
Harimau does not create placeholder ratings or import unverified testimonials. Product rating data is shared with search engines only after an authentic review is approved.
