Harimau currently ships within the United States and to all 27 European Union member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

European Union shipping

EU standard tracked shipping is $30 USD, or free for qualifying orders of $250 USD or more, with an estimated carrier transit of 6–12 business days after 1–2 business days of processing. EU express tracked shipping is $55 USD with an estimated carrier transit of 2–5 business days after processing. The checkout rate and estimate shown for the delivery address are authoritative.

Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are displayed or collected at checkout when the selected service supports prepaid duties. If checkout states that duties are not prepaid, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country. Customs review and carrier disruption can extend delivery beyond the estimate.

Tracking and support

Track an order securely with the Harimau order number and checkout email. Contact contact@shopharimau.com promptly for an incorrect address, a tracking record that has not updated for seven calendar days, or a package marked delivered that cannot be located.
