Order support
Most orders enter fulfillment shortly after payment is captured. If you need to change a size, color, or address, contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Requests are reviewed before fulfillment. Once a unit has entered dispatch or carrier handoff, changes may not be available.
Where do units ship from?
Harimau is built around a distributed catalogue and manual fulfillment model. Final carrier, origin, duties, and timing are confirmed at checkout and in tracking notices.
How long does delivery take?
U.S. standard delivery is configured for 3-5 business days and express delivery for 1-2 business days where available. International delivery requires markets, duties, and customs configuration before public launch.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Keep items unused, tagged, and in original packaging while support reviews the request.
How do I choose a size?
