Return review
Return and refund requests must be reviewed by support before an item is sent back. Items should remain unused, unwashed, tagged, and in original packaging.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact support as soon as possible after ordering. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing, fulfillment, or carrier handoff has started.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within seven days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, labels, and order number.
Fit and color
Use size tables before purchase. Small measurement variance, display color differences, loose threads, or unopened buttonholes may not qualify as defects unless support confirms otherwise.
Return shipping
Unless required by law or approved by support, return shipping and related carrier costs are the customer's responsibility.
