Order acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization and operational review. Harimau may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent, violates policy, or contains incorrect customer information.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown in the active checkout currency. Discounts, shipping thresholds, and promotional offers may change without notice unless already captured in an accepted order.

Fulfillment

Some catalogue units may be fulfilled manually or through partner supply workflows. The inventory model should be reviewed before public launch and made clear to customers when needed.
